This symposium drills into the term ‘every body’ and questions what it means for different in this festival how they think about inclusion in their work – both in terms of how it is presented, as well as in how it is developed.
Rich with talks, mini-workshops, performances and interventions, Spectacular Symposium is a vital space within Every Body’s Spectacular for dialogue, provocation and reflection.
Developed in collaboration with the Iceland University of the Arts, guest artists and curators are invited to introduce and reflect upon the questions, desires, doubts and urgencies surrounding their work in conversation with the general public.
